I have developed exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. For Having these skills led me to facilitate my objectives on a daily basis, for example, in my current position, my improved analytical skills has increased our stores profits by 11% over the past 3 months. 5. Are you a team player?

I am a team player. I believe this Is a skill that is just as important as the personal skills required to the daily functions at Humana. During my most recent group assignment, we were required to divide to work evenly giving one person an extra page of work to complete. Instead of avoided this, I decided to take it upon myself to do the extra work, knowing that they’re wouldn’t be an issue about missing work.

6. Have you ever had a conflict with a boss or professor? How was it resolved?

I had a conflict with my boss about a packaged he was delivering. He asked me to review the package and to make sure there were a few items in there, and we did. After making the delivery he came back furious and upset because the order was completely incorrect and blamed me and insisted on giving me a write up. I told him that he never printed out a restock sheet, as part or protocol, but he didn’t believe me. So, in turn, I decided to screenshot the print history and emailed it to him to show him that I was telling the truth. After he read, he apologized for his actions, and later, apologized to customer for his mistake on blaming me.

7. What is your greatest weakness?
My greatest weakness is that have some trouble with my punctuations and minor grammatical errors when I’m creating a business letter or a memo. Towards the end of my messages, I tend to forget to place a period at the end, and my memos tend to turn a little bogged down with detail if I don’t be careful. I’ve gotten better at this more recently and started to highlight and review my messages more often than I usually do.

8. If I were to ask your professors to describe you, what would they say?
My professors would say that I am a responsible, motivated, professional student, with strong and communication skills, in fact, I have a few letters of recommendations here for you to review.

9. What qualities do you feel a successful manager should have?
In order for a manager to be very successful, the must have two important qualities. For any manager to be successful in a business they need to understand it’s culture, and most importantly they must take action and execute all of the company’s goals. Every manager that I had in the past always knew the importance of both the external and internal stakeholders for the company.
